The vineyards grow on rolling hills protected by the imposing mountains,
where the heat of the sun allows the perfect ripening of the grapes.

Today, Zehnhof produces wine from its own grapes in the Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer and Lagrein varieties, DOC Trentino.
Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc are used for Trentodoc sparkling wine.
This elegant wine with unmistakable body, aromas and freshness is obtained from the Pinot Grigio grapes, grown in the narrow mountain area of Salurner Klause, in the far north Trentino side of Adige river valley, where Italian and German cultures live together for centuries.
