It has a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it is extremely complex and varietal, with delicate yet elegant hints of vanilla pod, Mediterranean citrus, and freshly picked fruit reminiscent of pear.
On the palate, it is harmonious with excellent acidity, leading to a pleasantly savory and mineral finish. A versatile wine in the kitchen, it is excellent as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with raw seafood and delicate white meats.
